I had ordered a onesie and tshirt set for a Father's Day gift 2 Fridays before, and remembered to check on it the Sunday before to see if it would make it in time. When I clicked on the order status on the confirmation email, it said cancelled, which was strange because I hadn't cancelled it and my card had gone through.
When I reached out about it, they let me know that happens on the customer end, which was strange because I hadn't. I sent over a photo of my bank draft and paypal confirmation and said I was still hoping to get it by Father's Day, and the company rectified it immediately, it was shipped within a day and got here on time. The shirt and onesie look like good material and just as advertised, so I'm happy with the product and customer service!
My only recommendation would be if something like that shows up in the future, send out a confirmation email about the cancellation so customer is aware. :)
