I ordered the shirt for a reveal and delivery was supposed to be 3 business days, however it took about 8 business days. I contacted customer service multiple times and they never got back to me. I didnt receive the product for the reveal.
The order was shipped with the 3 business days that is stated on the website. The customer ordered the item on a Thursday for a reveal on a weekend that was in 2 days that the customer needed the item. We are a small business, not Amazon. These are made to order. We do apologize for the inconveince that she needed something rushed, but that was not communicated.
